CarePartners seeks Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses for part-time community nursing in Kincardine and surrounding areas. Build therapeutic relationships while preserving patient dignity and privacy. Develop care plans, provide nursing services, and communicate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Provide nursing services in person and virtually
Serve patients in homes, clinics, schools, or retirement homes
Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Perform other clinical duties as required
Requirements: Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse degree or diploma
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for regular travel
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
CPR certification, immunization record, and required checks
