Lead customer service and loan support as an Assistant Branch Manager at LendDirect’s Medicine Hat location, working onsite Monday through Friday.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in leading the team and serving new and existing customers. Apply marketing strategies, guide loan processes, manage delinquency concerns, and coach employees. LendDirect is part of Attain Finance, whose brands include Cash Money®, LendDirect®, and Heights Finance. The company provides consumer credit solutions across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Implement marketing strategies and nurture business relationships
Support daily branch operations and organizational goals
Assist with current and refinanced loans compliantly
Address delinquent accounts and develop customer solutions
Coach, train, and support team members
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
One to two years’ consumer finance experience preferred
Experience in lending or banking preferred
Ability to guide customers through processes
