Working with store teams and the wider Fendi network, this position facilitates product requests and supports sales across retail and digital channels. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, delivery coordination, returns management, and client case resolution. You will also participate in loss prevention procedures and service-level standards.
Key Responsibilities: Complete incoming SFS orders through picking, packing, and shipping
Review BOPIS aged orders and update system statuses
Return appropriate BOPIS merchandise to the sales floor
Coordinate shipping options, including home delivery and white glove services




Advocate for clients through detailed warehouse execution
Requirements: Minimum two to four years of professional retail experience
Customer experience background with luxury retail preferred
Ability to use POS inventory management functions
Strong results drive and cooperative working ability
Flexible nights, weekends, holidays, and physical labor availability
