Operate loaders for seasonal snow removal with Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited in Ontario, using equipment safely and efficiently. This position supports winter maintenance.
Reporting to the Operations Manager or Area Supervisor, the Seasonal Loader Operator clears roads, sidewalks, bus stops, and drainage components. Duties include equipment checks, de-icing, salting, traffic control, and progress reporting. The role also requires communication in English, protected equipment operation, and responsiveness to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Operate loaders for snow removal and winter maintenance
Inspect equipment and report operating issues
Clear roads, sidewalks, bus stops, and drainage components




Assist with de-icing and salting operations
Report progress and obstacles to supervisors
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and acceptable record
Three years’ related outdoor work experience preferred
Winter maintenance loader experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Bring loader operation, winter maintenance, equipment awareness, and safety communication skills to Webber’s seasonal infrastructure work.
