This Recruitment Consultant manages the complete recruitment lifecycle while supporting existing clients and growing a personal portfolio. The role combines business development, consultative sales, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management. It serves employers and professionals across specialized business segments through technology-enabled recruitment and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and secure new client relationships through networking and outreach
Manage assignments from intake through offer acceptance and follow-up
Source, interview, assess, and present high-calibre professionals
Build talent pipelines and advise candidates throughout hiring




Maintain CRM and applicant tracking system activity accurately
Requirements: Post-secondary education and specialized business segment knowledge
Agency recruitment, staffing, executive search, or consultative sales experience preferred
Proven record developing business and managing client relationships
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
Solid networking, sales, communication, and organizational skills
