CMHA York Region seeks a High Intensity CBT Clinician for its OSP program. You will provide therapy for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and related conditions, following program clinical guidelines. The work includes individual and group interventions, evidence-based protocols, and service delivery across multiple York Region and South Simcoe locations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct triage and intake using remote assessment methods
Provide high-intensity services in person when required
Deliver CBT protocols spanning 12 to 20 sessions
Use telephone, virtual,
and in-person therapy modalities
Provide consistent, timely clinical results independently
Requirements: Master’s degree in a relevant health or social services field
Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese is preferred
Good-standing membership in an eligible Ontario college
Knowledge of psychotherapy and assessment techniques
Strong assessment skills and adaptability to change
Bring bilingual communication, structured psychotherapy knowledge, and high-intensity CBT experience to CMHA York Region’s OSP services.
