Under the Engineering Manager, this Mechanical Technician supports engineering and manufacturing activities at Albarrie Canada Limited. The work includes CAD drawings, bills of materials, product costing, time studies, and technical support. Collaboration spans Manufacturing, Sales, QA, and IT.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and review engineering drawings and design layouts
Create BOMs and new ERP system items
Coordinate BOM change control updates
Perform product time studies with manufacturing
Research parts and support product development recommendations
Requirements: Mechanical Technology diploma or equivalent experience
Five or more years in manufacturing or industrial environments
Mechanical design, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks proficiency
Knowledge of mechanical designs and BOM creation
Analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
