This Hydrogeology Team Lead position oversees technical work for municipal, industrial, commercial, and public-sector clients. You will interpret hydrogeological information, prepare technical reports, and coordinate projects involving water resources, groundwater chemistry, aquifer development, modelling, and related interactions. The role also includes team management and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze hydrogeological information and prepare technical reports
Coordinate project priorities, resources, workloads, and delivery requirements
Oversee water resource management and groundwater supply studies
Integrate hydrogeological interpretations across project disciplines
Support junior and intermediate hydrogeologists through mentorship
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of similar hydrogeological experience
Proven environmental project and team management experience
Broad hydrogeology knowledge, including groundwater modelling
Knowledge of applicable provincial, local, and industry regulations
Professional Engineer or Qualified Geoscientist designation
