As a Senior Conversation Designer, you will create intelligent experiences for chatbots, voicebots, virtual agents, and AI-powered service channels. You will simplify complex processes for customers and employees while partnering with product, UX, operations, technology, and business teams. The work spans discovery, design, testing, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end conversations across voice, chat, and messaging
Lead discovery workshops covering needs, policies, and service requirements
Create flows, intents, prompts, escalation paths, and handoffs




Develop inclusive plain-language content for task completion
Analyse conversation data and conduct usability testing
Requirements: Four-plus years in conversation, content, UX, or service design
Production chatbot, voicebot, virtual agent, or AI solution experience
Strong conversation architecture, intent design, and prompt-writing skills
Experience with discovery, prototyping, testing, and optimisation
Robust collaboration and stakeholder management skills
