Lead healthcare transformation in Charlottetown through change management, communications, and digital health implementation for Health PEI. This is a temporary full time position.
Reporting to the Provincial Director Patient Flow/System Utilization, you will support eReferral, central intake, and wait list management solutions. The work includes change plans, stakeholder engagement, training, educational materials, and communications. You will help address resistance, workflow issues, adoption barriers, and potential technology enhancements while supporting patients, providers, project teams, and the public.
Key Responsibilities: Develop change management, communications, coaching, and education plans
Assess readiness, resistance, risks, adoption, utilization, and proficiency
Integrate change activities into project plans and implementation strategies




Prepare stakeholder communications, presentations, websites, and educational materials
Support transitions involving referral, access, and wait list processes
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Change Management certification such as Prosci, ACMP, or CCMP
Five-plus years in change management, communications, development, or healthcare transformation
Experience implementing digital health solutions or healthcare information systems
Experience developing communication and engagement strategies
Health PEI seeks a change management leader skilled in healthcare communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and digital adoption.
