As Store Manager, you will build leadership, support succession planning, and coach employees while modeling Roots guiding principles. You will execute company standards, policies, and procedures to achieve store sales budgets. Success requires robust communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills, alongside retail apparel experience.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve store sales budgets through company standards and procedures
Coach selling skills according to individual employee strengths
Create action plans improving individual performance and productivity




Resolve customer issues while maintaining loyalty and service
Lead by example in sales and customer service
Requirements: Three-plus years’ related retail apparel experience
Leadership demonstrated through KPI results and retention
Experience with visual planning and merchandising
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coach, mentor, plan, and prioritize
