As Associate, Climate, you will support business development and implementation of Vancity’s Climate Action Plan. You will investigate market examples, policy signals, incentives, partner activity, and emerging sustainable finance practices. The role also supports pilots, product enablement, workshops, partnerships, and cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct targeted research on sustainable finance and climate opportunities
Track member uptake, product activity, feedback, and implementation progress
Coordinate climate pilots, product activities, partnerships, and convenings
Develop opportunity scans, comparison tables, slides,



and speaking points
Maintain process guides, referral pathways, calendars, and project resources
Requirements: Knowledge of climate action, sustainable finance, or financial services
Experience supporting pilots, partnerships, workshops, or cross-functional projects
Ability to turn research into clear, practical insights
Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and documentation
Ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements
Bring research, sustainable finance knowledge, and coordination skills to Vancity’s climate business development and implementation work.
