Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. is hiring a Full time HR Manager to lead the HR function for Milton, ON. You will oversee employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits, and succession planning while partnering with HR Shared Services to drive enterprise initiatives.
The role requires 3+ years of leadership in HR, 5+ years in HR, and a degree in HR or business. Travel to London and Ottawa facilities is expected about once a month.
