The Care Company seeks a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse for a 12-year-old client. Deliver individualized care under the client’s care plan and professional scope. Build meaningful relationships with the client and family while supporting ongoing care. Clinical experience with deep suctioning, oxygen therapy, repositioning, pain management, and PRN medications is preferred. Training may be provided to a suitable candidate willing to develop clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized nursing care according to the client’s care plan
Assist with hygiene, bathing, repositioning, and personal care
Administer medications and prescribed nursing interventions




Monitor well-being and report changes or concerns promptly
Document care and communicate with family and healthcare teams
Requirements: Current valuable-standing CNO registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Negative TB screening and Vulnerable Sector Check within twelve months
COVID-19 vaccination proof, subject to applicable exemptions
Valid CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS 2015 certifications
English communication skills and Saturday overnight availability
