Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, this manager advances philanthropic support and strengthens community stakeholder relationships. The work includes securing gifts of $10,000 and over, increasing individual support, and contributing to organizational fundraising goals. Strategic thinking, communication, and CRM experience are central.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate, solicit, and steward community donor gifts
Meet donors and secure major gifts
Prepare briefings, presentations, and gift agreements
Implement donor retention and acquisition strategies
Maintain donor activities in fundraising CRM software
Requirements: Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Three years in major gifts fundraising
Major gifts of $10,000 and over
Experience with Tessitura or another fundraising CRM
Microsoft Office proficiency and valid Class 5 licence
Bring major gifts expertise, strategic relationship-building, and donor stewardship skills to The Citadel Theatre’s fundraising team.
