Drive healthcare sales across British Columbia with BD, using customer engagement and territory support to grow Medication Delivery Solutions portfolios. This hybrid role serves Vancouver and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Associate Territory Manager supports territory plans, customer experiences, and commercial objectives. You will sell Hypodermics, Gravity Syringe Disposables, and Port Access Needles while supporting Canadian provinces as required. The position builds relationships with hospital and distributor contacts, clinical stakeholders, and procurement decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities: Drive retention and growth across three assigned MDS portfolios
Support customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and backorder management




Build relationships with hospitals and local distributors
Coordinate samples, conversions, audits, and conference planning
Participate in RFP execution across all phases
Requirements: Two years in customer service, sales support, or customer-facing roles
University or college degree
Valid driver’s license and three-year clean driving record
Ability to travel 20%, including overnight travel
Microsoft Office proficiency and solid communication skills
Apply customer engagement, healthcare sales, and portfolio knowledge to support BD growth across British Columbia’s MDS territory.
