The Senior Financial Analyst partners with Cereal Business Unit, Sales, Strategic Revenue Management, and Market Strategy teams. You will manage monthly trade forecasts, support planning and execution, and translate financial analysis into clear insights and actions. The position reports to the Finance Manager, Market Strategy and Revenue Management.
Key Responsibilities: Own accurate Market Strategy and Revenue Management financial modelling
Manage monthly trade forecasts for the Cereal business
Support annual operating plans and customer target setting
Oversee monthly trade reviews and forecast communication
Influence priorities across Cereal business partners and teams
Requirements: University degree in Finance or Business Administration
Three or more years of relevant Finance experience
Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate financial analysis into insights and actions
Solid cross-functional influence and communication skills
Bring financial modelling, trade forecasting, and commercial partnership skills to General Mills’ Cereal portfolio strategy and execution.
