The Assistant Supervisor creates, implements, and monitors workplace safety programs. This position supports regulatory compliance, safety audits, inventory accuracy, shipment checks, and daily ordering. It also guides staff toward secure work practices while supporting accurate, timely operations.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor workplace health and safety programs
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
Conduct safety talks, inspections, and workplace audits
Complete orders accurately and on time
Check shipments and audit inventory records
Requirements: Supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
