Manage global customs compliance for Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, coordinating export, import, classification, and trade documentation activities.
As Global Customs Analyst, you will support ELCAN’s Global Trade team within RTX’s aerospace and defense business. The work covers Canadian, U.S., and international transaction management, compliance procedures, product classification, reporting, and recordkeeping. You will coordinate activities with internal teams, vendors, brokers, and carriers.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate export, import, and customs compliance activities
Review and approve domestic and international hardware export transactions
Prepare commercial invoices, CARM, CERS, and trade agreement documentation
Assess HS classifications, tariff mitigation,



and country of origin
Track metrics, support audits, and implement corrective actions
Requirements: University degree or equivalent experience
At least two years of relevant Canadian export/import experience
Knowledge of Canadian customs and Global Affairs Canada regulations
Working knowledge of software tools
Solid multitasking skills and positive attitude
Apply customs analysis, classification, documentation, and compliance skills to support Raytheon ELCAN’s global trade operations.
