The Production Area Lead manages day-to-day work for an assigned production area at Give & Go. This front-line leadership position guides employees, maintains standards, and communicates issues between shifts. Success requires strong written and verbal communication, administration skills, and knowledge of company HR and health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities: Educate employees on GMP, food safety, and safety procedures
Check metal detectors according to standard operating procedures
Communicate schedule, breakdown, and shift-turnover issues




Participate with JHSC to improve safety procedures
Minimize waste and maintain production efficiency
Requirements: High school diploma completion
At least five years production-manufacturing leadership experience
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and procedural systems
Basic scheduling and computer skills
Robust interpersonal and decision-making skills
Use food safety expertise, production oversight, and clear shift communication to support standards and safe operations at Give & Go.
