Analyze retail sales and inventory as an Associate Planner at United Legwear & Apparel Co., using advanced Excel and forecasting skills daily.
Reporting to the VP of Planning, this Associate Planner supports Accessories, Bodywear, and Legwear planning. The position creates sales plans, manages inventory, analyzes trends, and submits monthly budgets. Success requires retail math, sales forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional communication with buying, merchandising, inventory, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Accessories inventory buying across all brands
Consolidate projections and track production until inventory arrives
Monitor on-hand and work-in-process inventory against sales plans
Develop annual budgets and monthly sales reforecasts




Analyze business performance and complete ad-hoc reporting
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and two-plus years in Planning or Buying
Advanced Microsoft Excel and planning tool proficiency
Advanced understanding of retail mathematics
Robust data analysis, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and collaboratively
Apply retail math, forecasting, inventory management, and advanced Excel skills across ULAC’s apparel planning business.
