The Shipping Logistics Coordinator ensures customer requirements are met and release information reaches manufacturing accurately and on time. Daily work combines customer service, load sheet preparation, portal monitoring, container inventory, and dock activity oversight. Success depends on communication, accountability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Address customer issues and support customer-focused service
Generate daily load sheets and requirement listings
Monitor all customer portals for release information




Maintain adequate container supplies through weekly inventories
Monitor dock and shipper-receiver activities
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Two to three years related customer service experience
Manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment experience
Robust organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Microsoft Office and database applications proficiency; shift availability required
