This term full-time position provides nursing care within scope under Clinical Care Manager or Clinical Nurse Leader supervision. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will perform treatments, support patient comfort, and contribute to nursing care plans. The assignment runs December 11, 2026, through January 31, 2028.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within licensed practical nursing scope
Perform treatments and procedures supporting patient care
Participate in developing and implementing nursing care plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams during discharge planning
Teach nursing practices and relevant unit skills
Requirements: Yukon Licensed Practical Nurse certification through Consumer and Corporate Affairs
Current CPR certification
Minimum six months related nursing experience
Critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
Ability to balance demands and conflicting priorities
