Here are your main responsibilities :

The candidate will be responsible for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the production launches of all products. They act as a link between engineering, production, and Methods, in order to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant launches according to the company's requirements

Prepare and coordinate the production launches of new products, processes, or equipment





Participate in the implementation, testing, and validation of manufacturing processes

Ensures that the technical documentation is complete and up to date (work instructions, procedures, technical sheets)

Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams

Conduct analyses on performance optimization and quality

Identify and resolve technical issues related to production deployment

Participate in continuous improvement processes (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

Qualifications :

DDEC in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience in product or process launches

Good understanding of manufacturing processes

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Proficiency in computer tools: Office Suite, ERP software

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Sense of organization and priority management

Autonomy and rigor

Good team spirit and ease of communication

Ability to work under pressure during start-up phases
