Licensed Insurance Advisors use needs-based sales and client communication to support GreenShield customers in a hybrid Toronto work model.
This Licensed Insurance Advisor role supports Individual insurance clients through GreenShield’s in-house sales centre. You will acquire new clients, retain existing relationships, recommend suitable solutions, and support cross-selling initiatives. The position reports to the Manager, Sales & Retention, Individual Direct Channel, with two weekly office days.
Key Responsibilities: Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls and email
Promote additional GreenShield products and solutions
Achieve sales, retention, quality, and activity targets




Maintain accurate CRM and Telephony activity logs
Requirements: Two or more years’ sales or call centre retention experience
Full LLQP or HLLQP preferred for two consecutive years
Ability to secure additional provincial licensing within three months
Knowledge of insurance or financial industry products
Solid communication, organization, and client relationship skills
Apply needs-based selling, licensing knowledge, and customer communication as a Licensed Insurance Advisor supporting GreenShield clients.
