Paladin Security seeks a full-time Security Manager for an in office retail environment with high foot traffic. You will oversee daily operations, guide supervisors and guards, and maintain compliance with safety standards, contracts, and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily security operations and policy compliance
Review investigations, resolve complaints, and direct corrective action
Coach supervisors and guards toward accountability and professionalism
Maintain Occupational Health and Safety and contractual compliance
Build client relationships through reporting and site inspections
Requirements: At least five years of security experience
Two years in supervisory or leadership roles
Experience managing staffing, scheduling, evaluations, and development
Knowledge of investigations, emergency response, and customer service
Microsoft Office, Genetec, and Avigilon proficiency
