As a Junior Mechanical Engineering professional or EIT, you will contribute to federal, municipal, and institutional projects across Ontario. The role suits a recent graduate developing consulting engineering experience under licensed Professional Engineers. You will collaborate with technologists, designers, and architectural, structural, electrical, and civil teams.
Key Responsibilities: Perform load calculations and equipment sizing under supervision
Assist with building mechanical systems analysis and design
Support Revit and AutoCAD drawing and model development
Review shop drawings, RFIs,



and contractor submissions
Maintain project documentation and support quality control
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Eligible for Engineer-in-Training registration with Skilled Engineers Ontario
Revit or AutoCAD familiarity is an asset
One to two years’ relevant experience is an asset
Valid driver’s licence and project transportation access
Apply mechanical analysis, BIM development, and equipment-sizing skills while advancing as an EIT within CIMA+’s Buildings practice.
