This design leadership role guides a specific product pillar’s long-term vision and strategy. You will partner with Founders, VPs, and Product Directors while creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. The role combines strategic influence, hands-on design, and mentorship for two to three designers.
Key Responsibilities: Define long-term design vision for a product pillar
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Build, lead, and mentor two to three designers
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leads
Evolve design systems and refine design operations
Requirements: Eight-plus years of product design experience
Leadership experience in early-stage, high-growth startups
Expert Figma fluency and contemporary design-tool proficiency
Executive communication and organizational influence
Portfolio showing advanced UX, UI, and prototyping
