Tridon Communications is seeking a technician for communications equipment across wide-ranging environments. This multi-skilled position combines tower work with networking, structured cabling, and radio systems expertise. Technicians install antennas, brackets, cabling, and connectors at height.
Key Responsibilities: Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair communications equipment
Install structured cabling, including fiber optic systems
Use multimeters, watt meters, antenna diagnostics tools, and DTF
Interpret telecommunication drawings and engineering documentation
Perform tower climbing, rigging, and fall protection procedures
Requirements: Minimum three years of tower or telecommunications work
Knowledge of telecom networking requirements and standards
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Bring communications equipment, structured cabling, and radio diagnostics experience to Tridon Communications tower service work.
