Support environmental due diligence projects in the GTA through Phase I and Phase II ESAs, field investigations, and technical reporting.
Pinchin seeks a Project Technologist for its Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation team. You will support property transactions, redevelopment, and regulatory compliance projects across Ontario. The work includes Ontario Regulation 153/04, Ontario Regulation 406/19, CSA Standards, and collaboration with Project Managers, senior technical staff, laboratories, and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Support Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Perform field work for Excess Soil planning documents
Conduct groundwater, soil, vapour, and indoor air sampling
Coordinate with subcontractors, laboratories, clients, and internal teams
Follow health,



safety, and quality procedures
Requirements: Degree or diploma in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline
Zero to two years of environmental consulting experience
Working knowledge of Ontario Regulations 153/04 and 406/19
Solid technical writing and field documentation skills
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and personal vehicle
Build environmental consulting experience through ESA delivery, field documentation, regulatory work, and multidisciplinary collaboration with Pinchin across Ontario.
