Associate Pastor focused on worship and teaching will serve Yellowknife Vineyard through Spirit-led ministry and biblically grounded communication. The position may be part-time or full time.
This Associate Pastor contributes to the church’s spiritual life and leadership. Key areas include worship, preaching, prayer, discipleship, and broader pastoral ministry. The church values authentic community and practical spiritual formation.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead Sunday services collaboratively
Support worship and production team development
Preach regularly within the teaching team
Communicate Scripture for everyday life
Contribute to church teaching direction
Requirements: Growing, active relationship with Jesus
Three to five years ministry leadership preferred
Ability to teach and communicate effectively
Alignment with Vineyard values and theology
Ability to work well within teams
Bring worship leadership, clear teaching, and pastoral collaboration to Yellowknife Vineyard’s multi-generational church community.
