As an MEP Field Specialist, represent the client in office while reporting to the MEP Project Manager. Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities, contractor execution, inspections, testing, and handover. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, verify quantities, monitor progress, and maintain accurate reporting. Apply BIM/CAD tools including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily MEP contractor activities and work packages
Verify quantities, progress, and work completion documentation
Conduct inspections and support testing and handover
Enforce safety, quality,



and project requirements
Coordinate meetings, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant MEP experience
Six to nine years' relevant MEP experience without a degree
Experience with installation oversight, quality control, testing, and handover
Knowledge of HVAC, distribution, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, and controls
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks
