The position focuses on psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing through engagement, assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Practice draws on strengths, coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and personal resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide collaborative, holistic care within an interdisciplinary health care team
- Engage patients and clients through social work practice

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognized university
- Current registration with Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
