Thrive Group is hiring a Personal Attendant for its Carey House program. Carey House provides 24/7 support to 12 individuals in a shared-living home. The position supports daily living, social development, self-care direction, and residents’ fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal support services during overnight shifts
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care and self-care assistance
- Support residents’ social development and quality of life
- Encourage development across all areas of life

Requirements:

- Prior disability or senior support experience is an asset
- Personal support, healthcare, or first aid certification preferred
- Empathy for physical and emotional needs is essential
- Robust communication, English, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Availability for 24-hour, seven-day scheduling requirements
