This supervisor oversees commercial HVAC-R projects involving duct systems and sheet metal products. The work includes production coordination, technical drawing interpretation, crew leadership, and field representation. Responsibilities span fabrication, installation, repairs, safety enforcement, and customer-focused department growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily sheet metal production and installation
- Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate workers and apprentices
- Interpret blueprints, CAD specifications, and technical drawings
- Enforce safety regulations, policies, and building codes




- Complete welding, finishing, inspections, and project documentation

Requirements:

- Five to ten years with Red Seal Sheet Metal endorsement
- Previous supervisory experience in sheet metal work
- Experience fabricating and installing sheet metal products
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with valuable abstract
- Weekly travel and day or night shifts required
