Coordinate restoration projects in Ontario using construction scheduling, site supervision, and environmental compliance expertise at Sky Building Restoration Inc.

This Project Coordinator manages environmental remediation, abatement, emergency restoration, reconstruction, and renovation projects. The work covers planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, documentation, budgets, quality control, and safety. You will coordinate field crews, consultants, suppliers, clients, insurance representatives, and management from assessment through close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute restoration, remediation, abatement, and renovation projects
- Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project sequencing
- Oversee site operations, crews, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate inspections, testing, environmental monitoring,



and close-out
- Prepare reports, project logs, change orders, and updates

Requirements:

- Two-plus years in construction, restoration, remediation, abatement, or coordination
- Knowledge of mould remediation, asbestos abatement, demolition, and reconstruction
- Understanding of scheduling, construction sequencing, materials, and quality control
- Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations and environmental compliance
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
