Thisroleofferstheopportunitytoleadproductdevelopmentfromconceptthroughproduction,withhands-oninvolvementinmechanicaldesign,prototyping,testingandvalidation.

KeyResponsibilities

- Leadproductdevelopmentprojectsfromconceptanddetaileddesignthroughprototyping,testing,validationandproduction.

- DevelopmechanicalandelectromechanicaldesignsusingSolidWorks,including3Dmodels,drawingsandengineeringdocumentation.

- ApplyFEAandengineeringprinciplestoassessstructuralintegrity,performanceandsafety.

- Developandexecuteprototypetestplans,resolvedesignissuesandsupportproductvalidation.

- ApplyDFM,FMEA,tolerancestack-upanalysisandBOMdevelopmenttoimprovemanufacturability,qualityandcost.

- Collaboratewithengineeringandmanufacturingteamstoresolvetechnicalchallenges,supportproductlaunchesandimproveexistingdesigns.





Qualifications

- Bachelor'sdegreeinMechanical,MechatronicsorRoboticsEngineering,orarelateddiscipline.

- 5+yearsofmechanicalorelectromechanicalproductdesignanddevelopmentexperience.

- Demonstratedexperienceleadingormakingasignificanttechnicalcontributiontoacommercialproductdevelopmentproject,fromdesignthroughtestingandvalidation.

- StrongSolidWorksandFEAexperience,withknowledgeofDFM,FMEA,tolerancestack-ups,BOMsandengineeringdocumentation.

- Strongproblem-solvingandprojectmanagementskills,withtheabilitytotakeownershipofdeliverablesandworkacrossteams.
