This Recruitment Consultant manages the complete recruitment lifecycle while supporting existing clients and growing a personal portfolio. The role combines business development, consultative sales, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management. It serves employers and professionals across specialized business segments through technology-enabled recruitment and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and secure new client relationships through networking and outreach
- Manage assignments from intake through offer acceptance and follow-up
- Source, interview, assess, and present high-calibre professionals
- Build talent pipelines and advise candidates throughout hiring




- Maintain CRM and applicant tracking system activity accurately

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education and specialized business segment knowledge
- Agency recruitment, staffing, executive search, or consultative sales experience preferred
- Proven record developing business and managing client relationships
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
- Robust networking, sales, communication, and organizational skills
