As SalonCentric’s Salon Business Partner, you will serve an existing Vancouver greater area territory under the Regional Sales Manager. You will help achieve the annual sales budget while developing salon-owner, esthetician, and stylist relationships. The work combines sales orders, promotions, activations, events, product knowledge, brand education, social media support, and customer growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop opportunities through strategic salon partnerships
- Expand the customer base across the assigned territory
- Take sales orders and build promotions
- Support salon activations, events, and customer education
- Analyze sales and activity reports

Requirements:

- At least three years of sales experience
- Entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Comfort with Instagram, Facebook, and Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
