Fragomen seeks an experienced Corporate Immigration Associate to assess visa eligibility, prepare filings, and communicate with business clients.
Based in Toronto with two office days and three home days, this Associate supports corporate foreign national employees and global mobility personnel. You will develop client and industry knowledge while handling petitions, applications, legal documents, and research. The work also includes compliance, technology protocols, and guidance for junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Build expert understanding of clients, industries, and services
Assess corporate employees’ immigrant and non-immigrant eligibility
Coordinate filings with client global mobility personnel




Communicate accurate responses within SLAs and team protocols
Advise and train more junior colleagues
Requirements: Canadian bar admission and two years’ immigration experience
Ability to manage a broad immigration caseload
Proven relationships with clients and staff
Ability to identify issues and analyze case facts
Professional use of research and management systems
Bring immigration knowledge, organized client service, and analytical case skills to Fragomen’s Toronto corporate immigration practice.
