Community & Brand Engagement Monitor and respond thoughtfully to Google reviews and community feedback.
Maintain seamless cross-channel communication and ensure brand alignment across all public touchpoints.
Copywriting & Content Creation Write, edit, and proofread original content in both French and English.
Draft, assemble, and schedule bi-weekly and monthly newsletters and email blasts.
Write compelling copy for promotional materials, social media posts, and advertising campaigns.
Digital Media, Design & Campaigns Design visual assets, posters, and ad creative using Canva Pro.

Ideally a University degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or Multimedia Arts preferred (or equivalent practical experience as a digital marketing freelancer).
