CBI Home Health seeks a Clinical Operations Resource Lead to support operational excellence across home and community care. The Toronto-based lead provides clinical guidance, internal customer service, documentation oversight, and funder communication. Occasional travel to Newmarket supports meetings, site visits, and team collaboration. The position also contributes to consistent service delivery and client care information.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical guidance and support to frontline team members
Communicate client changes accurately and promptly with funders
Document client updates according to organizational and funder guidelines




Investigate incidents, complaints, and disability management cases
Identify service improvements and help manage operational risks
Requirements: Active College of Nurses of Ontario registration in good standing
Recent vulnerable sector criminal record check
Valid G2 or G driver's license and vehicle insurance
Ability to travel within Toronto and Newmarket
Strong communication, organization, and computer literacy skills
Use nursing expertise, clinical documentation, and stakeholder communication to support high-quality home care operations across Toronto and Newmarket.
