As a Senior Accountant, you will lead client service teams supporting captive insurance companies and Fortune 500 clients. You will manage financial reporting, coordinate specialists, and communicate with regulators. The work includes collaboration across risk management, corporate controllership, tax, and legal departments.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting for client account portfolios
Lead teams delivering timely financial reporting and filings
Mentor and develop accounting team members
Coordinate actuaries, auditors, brokers, and investment managers




Present materials during client board meetings
Requirements: Bachelor of Accounting degree or captive insurance experience
Prior captive management experience is highly desirable
Reinsurance accounting experience is preferable
Ability to lead financial services professionals
Ability to implement accounting and regulatory requirements
