This supervisor directs field employees and support resources across project-based operations. The work requires manpower planning, technical coordination, and effective oversight of multiple priorities. You will monitor execution, address issues, and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, property managers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Direct field employees and support resources across projects
Assign work according to schedules, priorities, and resources
Conduct jobsite visits and field job box talks
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Coordinate materials, tools, equipment,



and manpower
Requirements: Minimum five years of relevant construction or technical experience
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
Experience coordinating field employees, contractors, or skilled trades
Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications
Proficiency with basic business software, including Microsoft Office
