Fraser Health seeks a Casual Physiotherapist for Ridge Meadows Hospital. You will assess physical status, establish diagnoses and prognoses, develop interventions, and evaluate progress. The role requires collaboration with interprofessional teams, patients, families, caregivers, and rehabilitation assistants. You will provide education, referrals, documentation, and quality-focused care while following applicable standards and acute care practices.
Key Responsibilities: Assess physical status, functional abilities, needs, and patient goals
Develop evidence-based diagnoses, prognoses, goals, and intervention strategies
Implement treatment guidelines and educate patients and caregivers




Evaluate interventions and modify plans toward functional independence
Collaborate on patient-centered care, referrals, transfers, and discharge planning
Requirements: Current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
Knowledge of physiotherapy theory, practice, tests, measures, and equipment
Effective verbal and written communication with patients and care teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Physical ability to perform position duties
