Resolve technical issues across manufacturing, installation, and suppliers
Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent demonstrable engineering record
Ten years in aircraft modification, design, and certification
Five years leading multidisciplinary modification projects through installation
Personal experience taking Supplemental Type Certificates to issue
Direct Design Approval Organization and production installation experience
