Build a high-performing car wash team in Duncan as Whistle Express Site Manager, leading sales, memberships, and customer experience.
This full-time leadership position puts you in charge of people, guests, equipment, standards, and results. You will develop Assistant Site Managers and Shift Leads, coach service recommendations, and create accountability while maintaining trust. Your responsibilities include promotions, upselling, KPIs, staffing, cost controls, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop future leaders through ongoing coaching conversations
Coach customer engagement and membership sales behaviors
Lead promotions, upselling initiatives, and service recommendations
Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing or processes
Manage expenses,



inventory, and site cost controls
Requirements: Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience
Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and independently capable
Effective communication in a fast-paced outdoor setting
Previous site or multi-team leadership experience preferred
Retail, hospitality, service, or customer-facing experience preferred
Bring business ownership, sales leadership, and people development to Whistle Express while strengthening the Duncan site operation.
