As Associate Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Enablement, you will deliver internal strategy design, execution, and annual strategic planning. You will address enterprise topics across Sun Life’s business groups and geographic markets. The work includes financial modeling, market sizing, benchmarking, and expert synthesis.
Key Responsibilities: Translate ambiguous issues into explicit problem statements and hypotheses
Develop and execute analysis plans using internal and external data
Lead strategy projects, managing scopes, approaches, and workstreams




Present findings and facilitate discussions with senior management
Monitor trends, competitors, markets, and strategic implications
Requirements: 10+ years of relevant business experience
Experience ideally within insurance or financial services
Strong understanding of a Sun Life business area
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing professionals
