Kitchen Table Group seeks a Sous Chef for its quick-service pasta concept inspired by Ask for Luigi. This leadership role combines kitchen operations, hands-on guest service, and team development. You will support food quality, service flow, coaching, and a welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities: Lead kitchen operations during high-volume service
Support counter service and engage directly with guests
Train, coach, and develop team members
Maintain food quality and service flow
Help create welcoming guest experiences
Requirements: Two or more years in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
Passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences
Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest confidence
Hands-on, adaptable leadership across kitchen and counter service
Food Protected Level 1 considered an asset
Use kitchen leadership, guest engagement, and team development skills to represent Pasta e Basta within Kitchen Table Group.
