Monitor IBM z/OS production operations for RBC in Toronto, using Zeke scheduling and multiple platforms within a 7x24x365 hybrid workplace.

As an Operations Analyst on RBC’s Production Services Team, you will support batch and online applications across complex environments. Your work includes production monitoring, problem handling, application changes, and client service. You will use Zeke, MVS, ISPF, IMS, DB2, and related tools daily.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor batch job flows across z/OS, VSE, HP, UNIX, Windows, and iSeries
Identify problems through monitoring, calls, emails, and tickets
Engage operations personnel to resolve technical issues promptly
Review errors and recommend permanent solutions with management




Implement application changes and verify accuracy and success

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree with an IT background
Change management experience in complex, high-request programs
Robust written, oral, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to work in a 7x24x365 hybrid workplace
